Abdullah ibn Omar narró que el Profeta ﷺ dijo:
No es correcto que un musulmán que tenga algo por lo cual haya que hacer un testamento (Uasíya)y deje pasar dos noches en tal condición que el testamento no se ha preparado y no esté con él.
En un otro relato que el Profeta ﷺ dijo:
«El creyente no debe permanecer dos noches, sin tener cerca de él su testamento, en el cual anuncie cómo repartir sus bienes.»
Narrado por Al Taháwi en Mushkil Al-Azár y Shuaib Al-Arnaút lo clasificó como aceptado
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
((ما حق امرئ مسلم، له شيء يوصى فيه، يبيت ليلتين إلا ووصيته مكتوبة عنده))
وفي رواية أخرى:
لا ينبغي لأحد عنده مال يوصى فيه ، تأتي عليه ليلتان إلا ووصيته عنده
